Terms of Service

1. What the service is

InstantWashQuote lets a pressure-washing business put a quote widget on its website or use a hosted quote page. A homeowner enters an address, draws an area on an aerial photo and sees a price range worked out from your rate card. The homeowner leaves contact details and a preferred date. You confirm the price and send your own deposit and booking links.

It is a lead tool, not a customer-management system. We do not schedule jobs, send invoices or keep a customer list for you.

2. Prices, ranges and money

• The widget shows a price range and your minimum job. The final price exists only after you confirm it.
• Area is measured from the shape the homeowner draws and can be off. Aerial photos can be one to three years old. You decide whether to honor a range or to ask for a site visit.
• We never collect, hold or move homeowner money. Deposits go to the payment link you provide (for example Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo Business). You mark a deposit as received yourself.

3. Trial, plan and billing

• Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
• After the trial the plan is $79 per month, billed by Polar. You can pause for winter for up to 4 months in any 12 months, and cancel any time in the billing portal. There is no long cancellation process.
• If a trial ends or a payment fails, your account becomes read-only for 7 days (you can still read requests but not confirm them) and then inactive. Inactive widgets show your phone number instead of a quote.

4. 30-day guarantee

If you do not get your first deposited job within 30 days of going live, your next 3 months are free.

To qualify: your widget is live and gets at least one view a day, you confirm requests within 24 hours, and no request has reached "Deposit received" in that time. Send the dates to hello@instantwashquote.com. We check the request timeline and, if it qualifies, apply the discount within 2 business days. This is our only guarantee. We do not promise any number of requests or jobs.

5. Your responsibilities

• Your rates, minimum job, service area and links are yours. Keep them accurate. You are responsible for the prices you confirm and the work you do.
• You are responsible for any licenses, insurance and laws that apply to your business, and for how you contact homeowners who ask to hear from you.
• Install the widget only on websites you control, and list them in your allowed websites.

6. Acceptable use

Use of the service must follow the Acceptable Use policy.

7. Your data

You own the data you put in and the requests homeowners send you. For homeowner data you are the controller and we are your processor under the Data Processing Addendum. You can export everything as JSON and delete requests or your account at any time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change features with notice by email for anything that affects your price or data. Some features are offered as they are today and may change as the product grows.

9. Ending the account

You can delete your account in Settings → Account & data. We cancel your Polar subscription first, then keep a restorable copy for 30 days, then delete it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use policy; where we can, we tell you why.

10. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
